serve great-tasting D'Orazio Pasta...
2 eggs, beaten well with a fork
D'Orazio Stuffed Rigatoni
Cook rigatoni according to package directions, being careful not to overcook. While rigatoni are cooking, heat corn oil in a saucepan or deep fryer over a low flame. Dip each rigatoni in egg and then generously coat with bread crumbs. Using a large spoon, dip rigatoni in hot oil and fry until golden brown (about 1 minute). Remove from oil, cool slightly and serve.
- Serve whole fried rigatoni topped with your favorite sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. (Just melt cheese over rigatoni in hot oven).
- Cut rigatoni in halves or quarters, insert toothpicks, and serve marinara sauce or salsa on the side.
